(“Reading Culture Through iPusnas” This artistic is inspired by how libraries play an important role in efforts to preserve culture. With the title as a cultural agent, it is only right that libraries serve collections that document the cultural diversity in Indonesia. This is also what the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia (Perpusnas) strives for. Both in physical and digital formats, Perpusnas presents various content that records the diversity of Indonesian culture. As an effort to meet the information needs of people throughout Indonesia, Perpusnas presents iPusnas, a digital library application that presents a collection of electronic books. Thanks to technological advances, iPusnas can be accessed flexibly via smart devices, laptops, or PCs without limitations of space and time. In order to make it easier for readers to find collections with a cultural theme, iPusnas provides a “book category” or “book genre” feature. With this feature, readers can quickly sort readings about culture. In addition to facilitating access to literature on culture, the presentation of electronic book content on iPusnas can be a means to promote culture in Indonesia. With the principle of open access, which means that iPusnas content can be accessed for free by all readers, it will make it easier for all Indonesian and foreign people to read comprehensive and in-depth information about Indonesia’s cultural diversity.)

(This artistic is titled “Dream Library” which tells about my dream library. Starting from the uniqueness of the Warak Kayu Microlibrary in Semarang City, I imagined that I could develop it. Combining technological advances and Indonesian culture into a modern library. In utilizing technological advances, I want to create Kindle and headphone rentals in the library to be able to expand reading and increase interest in reading through one technology in the palm of your hand, as well as add a unique experience in visiting the library. In addition, it also becomes a library attraction that can invite young people to come to the library. To help preserve Indonesian culture, I dedicate “ONE CORNER FOR THE ARCHIPELAGO” where there is a corner of the library containing books that can introduce Indonesian culture, from clothing, culinary, to unique customs. Don’t forget to decorate the library with ornaments of Indonesia’s wealth, such as Batik, Keris, carved statues, traditional houses, and others.)

(Will the rise of technology replace the role of libraries in information and culture? On the contrary, libraries grow to facilitate and expand the reach of information. Aligning culture with one touch, in accordance with the next generation, the use of technology is getting closer and even consumptive. This artistic explores and pioneers how modern technology is used by libraries to preserve and promote Indonesia’s cultural wealth to the world through contributions, the integrity of library technology expands artifacts, heritage, and historical documentation to those that are difficult to reach. Libraries as processors and distribute processed data in the form of information as a bridge to prevent cultural extinction. “Sampadayah Shaktikaranam Ekana Sparsena” (Empowering Heritage with One Touch) is written in Sanskrit, an ancient language that needs to be cultivated, one of which is by getting used to using it. In the concept above, the poster also explains that there is no need to study culture by visiting directly which can take a lot of time, just with technology you can study it anywhere, anytime, flexibly and efficiently. E-Library is a form of digital library that can be accessed widely, opening up colors and horizons embracing ancient manuscripts innovating digital technology for culture.)
