MANUAL COURSE CHANGE PROCEDURE SCHEDULE

Objectives
the purpose of the lecture schedule change procedure Manual is to provide guidance to the related parties on the reimbursement of the course schedule

Definition
Schedule change is a replacement of the time and venue of lectures, compiled by the Chairman of the Program and administration of the study Program by considering the number of SKS of courses, number of students, the capacity of the lecture room and the agreement of each lecturer.

Reference
The rector of Diponegoro University Regulation number 209/PER/UN7/2012 concerning academic rules of education in Diponegoro University.

Procedure
Recourse schedule:

  1. Lecturers who intend to reschedule the lecture should report and coordinate with the administration of the study Program.
  2. The administration of the study Program conducted a change of lecture schedule with respect to the time of the lecture which is still unused, the course space available and the schedule of other courses taken by the students of the college participants.
  3. If there has been the suitability of the lecture time, lecture room and do not interfere with the other lecture schedules taken by the students of the course participants, then the administration of the study Program did change the lecture schedule.
  4. The administration of the study Program reported a change of lecture schedule to the head of the study Program and academic section of the faculty.
  5. Rescheduling is announced on the Program announcement board to be known by all students of the lecture.

3. If there has been a suitability of the lecture time, lecture room and do not interfere with the schedule of other lectures taken by the students of the course participants, then the administration of the study Program did change the lecture schedule. 

4. The administration of the study Program reported a change of lecture schedule to the head of the study Program and academic section of the faculty.

5. Rescheduling is announced on the Program announcement board to be known by all students of the lecture.
