Semarang (18/11/24), the Library and Information Science study program, Diponegoro University again held a Scientific Writing Seminar in the field of Library and Information Science which was held offline at the Art Center Building, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Diponegoro University. This event presented UIN Salatiga lecturer, Dr. Wiji Suwarno, S.Pdl. S.IPI. M.Hum as the main speaker.
The seminar was attended by 3rd semester Library and Information Science students, lecturers, and practitioners in the library field. During the seminar, Wiji shared his experience in scientific writing, starting from how to formulate topics to techniques for preparing bibliographies in accordance with academic rules. On this occasion, participants were also given the opportunity for direct discussion.
Through this seminar, it is expected to motivate students to be more active in producing quality papers, as well as being able to understand the importance of research in the development of library and information science. High enthusiasm, making this event a place to exchange ideas and useful information for all library and information science students.
