Semarang (11/23) On November 9-11, Undip Library Science Student Association held Lenture (Library Live in Nature), a work program from the field of kesmadimas. This activity was a form of community service that lasted for 3 days and 2 nights and was attended by 50 participants consisting of 35 committees and 15 volunteers.

Before departure, Lenture organizers and volunteers gathered in the courtyard of the ICT building for the opening ceremony. Remarks from the chief executive, head of the Ilpus Student Association, HMPS Ilpus coaches, and study program representatives became sweeteners before the symbolic release of the lanyard installation.

After the release and symbolic event, the committee and lenture volunteers traveled to Kebonagung Village. The journey to the village went smoothly, although rain was welcome upon arrival. After arriving at the Village Hall post, the committee and volunteers tidied up the post and prepared the first activity carried out after maghrib. The first day was filled with yasinan activities in several hamlets, namely in Ngasinan, Kebonagung, Jagoan, and Catak hamlets, in the hope of strengthening the friendship of villagers. This yasinan activity is not only a form of spiritual devotion, but also brings great benefits in strengthening friendship between villagers.

All organizers and volunteers prepared themselves for a series of activities on the second day. The first activity was the implementation of joint gymnastics activities, but before that there were remarks from the chief executive, and also remarks from the village head of Kebonagung Sumowono. After doing gymnastics together, the next activity is a healthy walk.

This healthy walking event aims to enable people to maintain health and fitness and get to know the surrounding environment more closely. The health check, which was originally planned for Saturday, was moved to Friday after a healthy walk, accompanied by the announcement of the door prize.

After the activity, the committee and volunteers have a break before proceeding to the next activity. Learning and watching activities together are held, inviting elementary school children to learn while having fun, and opening opportunities for them to develop creativity and knowledge.

Lenture enters the final day with a diverse and rewarding range of activities. Today’s main activities involve playing games and learning sessions at SD Negeri 1 and 3 Kebonagung.

Teaching activities to elementary schools are carried out not only as a form of contribution to education in the village, but also to increase children’s understanding of what literacy is. On the other hand, there are library cleaning and cleaning activities at the post. Several committees and volunteers cleaned up the library and also cleaned up the post.
