BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO INFORMATION RE-PACKAGING

Information repackaging is the process of re-organising information obtained from various sources in a more engaging manner and disseminating the resulting information products to meet the needs of library users.

Procedures for Information Repackaging

Information repackaging can be carried out in six steps: determining the topic, searching for credible information, evaluating the information, synthesising the information, creating the product, and evaluating the product and the creation process.

It offers benefits such as saving time, effort, and costs in understanding information, as well as helping to disseminate information more effectively and efficiently.

Riski has developed various innovations based on KUI, such as infographics/videographics on librarianship, the development of realia and arboretums, and a historical repository.
